Patrick Cook, MEd, MSPatrick understands how mental health challenges affect the lives of individuals, their families, and those around them. He invests time in getting to know our clients' individual needs and goals in order to build a trusting relationship and work together to alleviate stress and symptoms. Patrick strives to provide clients with tailored treatment plans that can be integrated into their daily lives.

His approach is multidimensional focused on addressing a variety of issues including trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, lingering effects of head injuries, and so much more.
