Alex Siford

Alex is driven to help people accomplish their goals. He uniquely combines his faith with biopsychosocial considerations in his approach for change.

In 2013, he began his career as a missionary to college students in State College, PA. During this time, Alex worked as a mentor and small group leader for students and student-athletes, discussing faith and lifestyle as "image-bearers" of God. While a missionary, Alex pursued and completed a masters degree in counseling from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  His 2020 internship included work as a mental health therapist and neurofeedback technician, including an emphasis in sports science. He has held memberships in the International Society for Neuroregulation and Research (ISNR), Association for Applied Sports Psychology (AASP) and the Asian-American Psychological Association (AAPA).

Alex enjoys his wife and kids. He also loves to read academic material (and recommended novels), cook Gluten-Free and Vegan foods, play basketball and watch Marvel movies

Say About Us

"Neurotherapy is a breakthrough in psychological sciences. With it I've been able to control my bipolar mood swings, gained more attention of my surroundings, and I've become less depressed. It has also had a huge effect on helping me quit smoking. 80 days smoke free and counting." ~Anonymous, 2014
